Sterling Frisco is a new student housing development currently under construction in Fayetteville Arkansas. We partnered with Specialized Real Estate Group and Sterling to develop the brand identity and advertising collateral. For the mark, we heavily modified a typeface with Art Deco roots – the result is a clean typographic logo that is at home in the Fayetteville downtown. The name, Frisco, comes from the old rail line that passes right by the property and still carries traffic to this day. We’re still developing this brand so check back for future updates – Sterling Frisco will launch in the Fall of 2013. See more creative work.
