James + James furniture company is based in Springdale, AR. In early 2012 they approached us about helping them develop a brand identity. While still a young company, they have found their niche in the market, and in the hearts of their customers. By providing real-wood, hand-crafted furniture at affordable prices, James Smith and James Eldridge have already created a brand experience, we simply helped them give it a face.

The mark is two-fold. The interlocking J’s play off of the chain links they use to distress the furniture – the soft lines of the modified Gotham word mark fit the soft, clean appearance of their furniture. The colors, derived from the stains and paints they use, are warm and inviting. All printed materials were printed on our 130lb Uncoated – the super-fine texture and natural feel complimented the brand beautifully. See more creative work.
