Our History
Moxy Ox came into being on July 1st, 2011. We’re located in Northwest Arkansas at the foot of the Ozark Mountains. With access to an incredible mix of startups, fortune 500′s, entrepreneurs and creatives, we never know what connection we’ll make next, but it keeps things exciting.
We’re amazed by the incredible response and cult-like following we’ve received for simply doing what we love to do. We’re growing like crazy – thanks for supporting us.

What We Do
We create amazing experiences through brand development, design and print. We’re not your typical design house or hipster-printer – we’re a collective of brand strategists, creatives and craftsman (and women).
The Moxy Ox creative team is incredibly skilled and has had the opportunity to do major branding and creative work in our area. We’re always looking for new projects.
Similarly, our approach to print is very intentional. We operate a one-of-a-kind digital press in our area capable of producing incredible, high-quality products. We do EVERYTHING in-house, our finishing team is second to none and attention to detail is our hallmark.

Randy Hurban | Chief Executive Officer
Randy ensures we deliver high quality services / products and oversees sales, business development, community involvement and strategic partnerships. He also serves as our mentor and helps us maintain a very cool culture.
David Baker | Chief Brand Officer
In addition to his focus on Moxy Ox brand management and communication design, David helps build the advertising, product, and web strategies. He also focuses on connecting with fans and ensuring the consistency of the Moxy Ox experience across all areas of the company.
Joe Payne | Chief Creative Officer
Joe focuses his efforts on managing internal operations and overseeing the creative process for client work. His passion for people, as well as for the industry, drives every decision from creative direction to hands-on design work.
Larry Netherton | Production Manager
Larry is responsible for all aspects of the print production process, from press operation to finishing. His 20+ years of experience help us produce consistently amazing products.
Anna Andrus | Lead Designer
Anna is a very skilled designer and hand letterer. She assists with a wide range of design, branding and identity projects.
Katy Cario | Customer Experience
Katy manages client communication, orders and ensures a quality experience for all of our customers.
Spruce Feinstein | Technology & Research
Spruce is our resident technology expert. He helps develop and maintain the systems that keep us up and running.
Graham Scott | Production Assistant
Graham assists Larry in producing incredible products and maintaining a consistent workflow.
